The fabric is now 'raw fabric' that has not undergone processes like sizing removal, pre-shrinking, anti-skewing, or singeing. The blue denim uses irregular yarn with synthetic indigo for the warp, while the black and gray denim use rope-dyed core-white yarn with sulfur dyes for the warp. The weft is made of extra-long fine cotton, suvin cotton, woven on an old-style shuttle loom into selvedge denim. This new type of baggy pant offers both a firm texture and a supple feel.
