Made from highly durable cotton tussah fabric from kojima, okayama prefecture, famous for its denim, the fabric is kneaded with dye for texture and then bleach is dripped by hand to create the pattern, resulting in a unique, one-of-a-kind design for each bag. The carefully woven tussah is supple, strong, and has a smooth feel. The interior is divided into two layers for easy organization.
