Cancellation and Refund Policy
This policy explains how to cancel subscriptions and our approach to refunds for Wardatrobe services.

Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged for subsequent periods.
How to Cancel
- Go to Settings > Subscription
- Click "Cancel Subscription"
- Confirm your cancellation
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are generally not provided after the service has been delivered. This is consistent with the exception for digital content under the Japanese Consumer Contract Act (消費者契約法).
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered in the following cases:
- Service was unavailable or significantly degraded due to our technical issues
- Duplicate charges caused by a system error
- Unauthorized charges on your payment method
Cooling-Off Period
Under Japanese consumer protection law, the statutory cooling-off period does not apply to digital content and services that are delivered immediately upon purchase. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that delivery begins immediately and that the cooling-off right does not apply.
Token Purchases
Generation tokens are consumed upon use and cannot be refunded once used. Unused tokens remain in your account according to their expiration terms.
How to Request a Refund
If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact us with your account email, the transaction in question, and a description of the issue. We will review requests within 10 business days.
