These terms apply to all users of wardatrobe.com and related services, including the fashion database, wardrobe management, outfit creation tools, editorial studio, brand analytics, collections, and community features.

2. Definitions

The following terms have specific meanings when used in these Terms of Service:

• "Service" refers to the Wardatrobe platform, including the website, APIs, and all related features.
• "User" or "you" refers to any individual who accesses or uses the Service.
• "User Content" refers to any data, text, images, outfits, reviews, or other materials that you submit, post, or display on the Service.

• "Original Content" refers to content created by or for Nimikko株式会社, including AI-generated editorials, curated collections, and editorial studio outputs.

3. Account Registration

You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account. You may not create multiple accounts or share your account credentials with others.

• Harass, abuse, or harm other users

Wardatrobe operates as a fashion database and archival platform. Platform Content — including product names, descriptions, pricing, brand information, images, and related metadata — is collected from publicly available sources such as official brand websites, authorized retailers, and public product listings. This data is compiled for informational and archival purposes to support the fashion community. We do not claim ownership of any trademarks, brand names, logos, or product images belonging to their respective rights holders. All such marks and images remain the property of their respective owners. If product images or data are displayed on the Service, they are used in good faith for identification and informational purposes. Platform Content may not be fully up-to-date or accurate; we provide it "as is" without guarantees of completeness or correctness. Pricing, availability, and product details may differ from the original source.

6. Third-Party Trademarks and Brand Content

Brand names, logos, product names, and other trademarks appearing on the Service are the property of their respective owners. Wardatrobe is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of the fashion brands, designers, or retailers whose products appear in our database, unless explicitly stated otherwise. The inclusion of any brand or product in our database does not imply any commercial relationship or endorsement. If you are a brand, designer, or rights holder and wish to update, correct, or remove information related to your products or brand from our database, please contact us.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service itself — including its design, code, features, custom UI components, and Original Content — is owned by Nimikko株式会社 and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service or its Original Content without our prior written consent. The compilation and organization of Platform Content within our database constitutes a creative work and is protected as such, even though individual data points may be sourced from public information.

8. User Content and Uploads

You retain full ownership of all User Content you submit to the Service, including but not limited to wardrobe photos, outfit images, profile pictures, fit photos, reviews, and any other images or text you upload. We do not claim any ownership rights over your User Content. By submitting User Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and make accessible your User Content within the Service and for the purposes of operating the Service (such as displaying your outfits in community feeds, showing your wardrobe items on your profile, or featuring collections you mark as public). This license is only for the purpose of providing and improving the Service. You may revoke this license at any time by deleting your content or your account. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to any content you upload. Do not upload images, text, or other materials that you do not own or do not have permission to share.

• You retain full ownership of all images, photos, and text you upload — we never claim ownership of your content
• You grant us a limited license to display your content within the Service only for the purpose of operating platform features (profiles, community feeds, collections)
• You may revoke this license at any time by deleting your content or account
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to share any content you upload
• We may remove content that violates these terms, applicable law, or the rights of third parties

9. AI-Generated Content

The Service includes features that use artificial intelligence to generate content, such as the editorial studio. AI-generated editorials and other AI outputs are considered Original Content owned by or licensed to Nimikko株式会社. When you use AI features to generate content, the resulting output may be displayed within the Service. The AI models used may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or biased information — AI-generated content should not be relied upon as authoritative or factual. We are not responsible for any decisions made based on AI-generated content.

10. Image Rights and DMCA

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe any content on the Service infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, please contact us with: (a) identification of the copyrighted work, (b) identification of the infringing material and its location on the Service, (c) your contact information, (d) a statement of good faith belief that use is not authorized, and (e) a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder. 11. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features require a paid subscription or token purchase. Payments are processed via Stripe. Subscription terms, pricing, and cancellation procedures are detailed on our pricing page and in our Cancellation Policy. Prices for Japanese customers include consumption tax. Tokens and subscription benefits are non-transferable between accounts.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of data as described in the Privacy Policy. We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security.

13. Termination

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in conduct that is harmful to other users or the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. We may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, except where retention is required by law. Any subscription fees already paid are subject to the terms of our Cancellation Policy.

14. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of fashion data, pricing information, product availability, or user-contributed content. Platform Content sourced from publicly available data may be outdated or incorrect. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claims arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or ¥10,000, whichever is greater. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nimikko株式会社, its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of: (a) your use of the Service, (b) your User Content, (c) your violation of these terms, or (d) your violation of any rights of a third party.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.

17. Dispute Resolution

Before filing a claim, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting us. If we cannot resolve the dispute within 30 days, either party may proceed to the courts specified above.

18. Amendments

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the Service or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with any changes, you should discontinue use of the Service.
